Q: Who is your daddy and what does he do?
A: Well, I suppose that’d be Ratatat Graphics, the brain fart of Mister Donovan Scherer. Ratatat Graphics began by providing super cool graphic design services to all sorts of folks. Since starting up, focus has shifted onto Hey, Rockstar and the development its own little publishing projects, like Fear & Sunshine. Before Ratatat Graphics, Mister Donovan Scherer was one of the guys behind the scenes for Big As Kelly Records, a little record label from Kenosha, WI. That zany adventure only lasted around for a few years, but in its time put on some of the best local shows in the area.
Q: How do I put your nifty Ratatat Graphics wallpapers on my computer?
A: First, click the thumbnail of the wallpaper you want. In the image page, right-click the wallpaper and save it to your computer. Once you have it, you can set it up as your wallpaper. If you need specific instructions for your setup, here's a website to help you out.
Q: What the heck! Your wallpapers don't fit my computer screen!
A: Clam down. Everything will be okay. If you need a different size, just email us and we will hook you up.
Q: How do I put the free iPhone wallpapers on my phone?
A: Here's the step-by-step for setting up your iPhone with our wallpapers.
First, you need to save the desired wallpaper to your Mac or PC via your favorite browser.
-Right-click or control-click on the image you want to use.
-Select save as and save the image to your hard drive.
Mac users can either save the image to a folder or add it to their iPhoto library.
PC users will want to save the wallpaper into their My Pictures folder.
You can then sync the iPhone with photos in iPhoto 4.0.3 or later on a Mac, or Photoshop Album 2.0 or later or Photoshop Elements 3.0 or later on a PC. Or you can sync with any folder on your computer that contains images. Connect the iPhone to your computer and do the following:
1. Launch iTunes then click the Photos tab and select sync photos from pop-up menu.
2. From the pop-up menu, do one of the following:
If you are using a Mac, choose iPhoto or your Pictures folder. If you are using a PC, choose Photoshop Album, Photoshop Elements, or your My Pictures folder.
3. Choose Folder, then choose any folder on your computer that has images.
4. Choose all photos or choose selected folders or selected albums and choose the folders or albums you want to sync.
Finally on your iPhone:
1. Go to the Photos section of your camera. Browse through the albums or camera roll until you find the picture you wish to use.
2. Select the picture so it is displayed full screen.
3. Tap the icon in the lower left corner of the screen. If you don't see the icon, single tap the picture to display the menus.

Q: What size buttons does Hey, Rockstar offer?
A: We currently just make 1" buttons.
Q: How long does it take for my buttons to ship to me?
A: Typically, you'll have your buttons in 7-10 business days.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Hey, Rockstar likes you, so we go ahead and cover that.
Q: I don't have any software to use the button templates with. What do I do?
A: Check out www.adobe.com for a free trial version of Photoshop or Illustrator.
Q: How many colors can my button design have on it?
A: Your buttons can be full color or black and white. It's the same price either way so feel free to go nuts.
Q: How many designs can I have in my order?
A: Just one design per order of buttons but you can make as many orders as you'd like.
Q: How do I pay for these glorious buttons?
A: All payments are taken through PayPal at the time the order is made.
Custom Apparel
Q: How much does custom apparel cost?
A: It varies depending on what kind you get, how many, and what your getting printed. For example, if you got 25 white t-shirts with small, single color design printed on it, it would cost $5.12 per shirt. But if you got 100 of them, they'd only cost $4.29 per shirt. All depends on what you get. Let us know what you need and we'll get you a price.

Q: What kind of music does Hey, Rockstar play?
A: As long as it's awesome, we'll play it. Hey, Rockstar is here to help promote all sorts of music to all sorts of people. We're not too crazy-picky when it comes to genre.
Q: My band's video is longer than 4 minutes, 45 seconds, can I still have it play on Hey, Rockstar?
A: The video wouldn't be featured in the streaming channel, but we'll definitely add it to the On-Demand library.
